Votilize

Votilize is the field organising app for political and issue campaigns — built for canvassers, volunteer teams, and campaign managers who need to turn conversations into results. Wherever your team is knocking doors, making calls, or working a list, Votilize keeps everyone focused on the same voters and the same goals. CANVASSING TASKS See exactly what's assigned to you with a clear progress view for every task. Track status as you work through your list — Not Attempted, In Progress, Not Reachable, or Completed — so managers always know where things stand and nothing falls through the cracks. VOTER SURVEYS Log every conversation as you have it. Record support level — Strong Support, Weak Support, Undecided, Weak Oppose, or Strong Oppose — answer custom survey questions, add notes, and flag contacts you couldn't reach, all from the contact's profile. CONTACT & VOTER LOOKUP Search your campaign's contact and voter records on the go. Every contact profile brings together name, address, age, and full survey history, so you always have the context you need before a conversation. SYNC YOUR PHONE CONTACTS Match your personal phone contacts against your campaign's database to instantly see which of your friends, family, and neighbors are already in the system — and how likely they are to support your cause. Your contacts are matched, never stored. CONNECTIONS Build out your personal network of voter connections and rate how strong each relationship is. Strong personal connections move people — Votilize helps you track and grow yours. MAP VIEW See your contacts plotted on a map so you can plan efficient routes and find nearby voters wherever you are. RANKINGS & LEADERBOARDS Stay motivated with live team leaderboards across three categories — Connections, Support, and Turnout — filterable by all time, this month, or this week. See how your contribution stacks up and keep the team engaged. MULTI-ORGANIZATION SUPPORT Working with more than one campaign or organisation? Switch between them without missing a beat — your tasks, contacts, and rankings stay organised per org. BUILT FOR CAMPAIGNS Votilize connects directly to your campaign's own data, so the people, tasks, and numbers you see are always accurate and up to date. Whether you're a volunteer working your first shift or a manager coordinating a full canvassing operation, Votilize gives you the tools to reach more voters, log every conversation, and see the impact your team is making — all from your phone.
