About
Two Milks is one grocery list for everybody who lives in your house. Somebody notices the milk is running out and adds it. Everybody else sees it on their own phone, straight away. Whoever gets to the shop crosses things off as they go, and the rest of the house watches the list empty — without anybody sending a "did you get bread?" message. WHAT IT DOES One shared list, crossed off live. Add a thing the moment you notice it. When somebody picks it up, it goes, on every phone at once. Photos and notes on any item. The brand you actually meant, the aisle it hides in, the exact one somebody else would otherwise get wrong. Shopping mode, offline. The list turns into a walk through the shop, in the order your house walks it. It works with no signal at all — the basement aisle, the market with one bar — and catches up when you come out. Trip totals, and what each person owes. Put in what the shop came to and the app works out the split. No arithmetic in the queue. Thirty days of trips. Every shop the house has done, what it cost and who paid for it. It is for people who live together and keep buying the same thing twice: housemates, a couple, a family. A house holds up to three people. HOW IT WORKS It works offline, properly. The list lives on your phone. Add things, cross them off and finish a whole shop with no signal; it catches up when there is one, and two people shopping at the same time do not overwrite each other. One account, and one house. Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email address and a password. One person starts a house and shares a six-character code; everybody else types it in. Nothing is shared with anyone outside it. Written in English and in Mexican Spanish — written, not machine translated. Everything is free. There is nothing to buy in this app: no purchases, no subscription, no trial, no advertising. A free house holds three people and shows the last thirty days of trips. Nothing older is deleted — it is kept, and simply not shown yet. PRIVACY Your list belongs to you and to your house, and to nobody else. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and nothing sold to anybody, ever. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app.Read more
Two Milks is one grocery list for everybody who lives in your house.
Somebody notices the milk is running out and adds it. Everybody else sees it on their own phone, straight away. Whoever gets to the shop crosses things off as they go, and the rest of the house watches the list empty — without anybody sending a "did you get bread?" message.
WHAT IT DOES
One shared list, crossed off live.
HOW IT WORKS
It works offline, properly.
PRIVACY
Your list belongs to you and to your house, and to nobody else. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and nothing sold to anybody, ever. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app.
