About
Kerchunk is a repeater directory for amateur radio operators. Find the repeaters around you on a map, see everything you need to work them, and plan which ones you'll pass on a drive — with the whole directory kept on your phone so it works where there's no signal. Buy it once. No subscription. MAP • Every repeater around you, drawn where it actually is • Filter by band and mode: FM, DMR, D-STAR, Fusion, NXDN • Tap any repeater for the full details • Sort by distance, so the nearest is the first thing you see WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK IT • Output and input frequency, and the offset • Uplink and downlink tones, so you can set both squelch and access • Modes, band, access type and operational status • Location, grid square, city, county and state TRIP PLANNER • Set a start, an end and any stops in between • See the repeaters along your route, not just the ones near its ends • Pick the ones you want and keep them with the trip • Save trips and edit them later OFFLINE • The directory lives on your phone, not just in the cloud • Search and map work with no signal — which is when you need a repeater most • Syncs changes when you're back online KEEP IT ACCURATE • Submit a repeater that's missing • Correct one that's wrong • Confirm the ones you've actually worked, so other operators know the entry is current Kerchunk reads the OpenAPRS repeater directory, and everything you contribute goes back into it.
