Altus LOS is a loan origination platform for mortgage lenders. This app puts your work line and your loan files on your iPhone. TAKE CALLS ANYWHERE Your work line rings on your iPhone, even when the phone is locked and the app is closed. A borrower who calls you reaches you, instead of voicemail. It works on your own phone, so there is no second handset to carry. KNOW WHO IS CALLING Incoming calls are named from the loan file rather than showing a number you do not recognise, so you know whose loan you are about to discuss before you answer. THE LOAN FILE, ON THE CALL Open the borrower's file while you are talking to them: their application, the documents they have sent, what is still outstanding, and the history of your conversations. FOR LENDING TEAMS Loan officers, processors and managers work the same pipeline, each seeing the files they are assigned. Your account is issued by the lender you work for.
