HOW IT WORKS Pick a seeded blank and template, place original vector devices on polar guides, fit convex or concave arc text with live character-budget math, choose edge and finish, run vendor-rule validation, then export a dual-face proof pack and print-ready order sheet. BLANK & TEMPLATE BAY Choose diameter (1.5, 1.75, 2.0, 2.5, or 3.0 in), shape (circle, shield, or rounded-rect challenge), and thickness class. Open one of 12 starters—unit challenge, school award, municipal commemorative, corporate service, scout rank, wedding favor, first-responder thanks, reunion mark, race finisher, volunteer honor, club anniversary, or a blank studio canvas. DUAL-FACE CANVAS Flip between obverse and reverse. Drag, resize, and rotate original devices on polar guides; snap to center and compass rings. Toggle coin-turn versus medal-turn lock so reverse rotation matches the striking convention you need. CURVED LEGEND FITTER Type rim and banner text, switch convex outer arc or concave inner arc, adjust start angle, tracking, and cap-height. ENAMEL CELL PAINTER Draw closed enamel regions, assign up to six finish colors from a seeded cloisonné palette, and read cell-count plus minimum-island-size warnings before you exceed typical soft-enamel vendor limits. EDGE & METAL THEATRE Preview plain, reeded, rope, and sequential-number band edges. Swipe metal finish cards—antique gold, polished nickel, antique copper, black nickel, dual-plate silver/gold—with layered brushed gradients and rim light for layout judgment, not shopping. VENDOR VALIDATION BOARD Run rule checks for outer safe margin, minimum stroke width, arc text overflow, enamel cell count, serial-band clearance, and dual-face orientation consistency.
