Landlord companion is a private, landlord-first iPhone app for UK landlords who self-manage a small portfolio. Keep the work of running your properties together: • Manage properties, tenants and tenancies • Track EPC, Gas Safety, EICR and other compliance records • Receive local reminders for important dates • Complete check-in, interim and check-out inspections • Capture room conditions, meter readings, keys, photos and signatures • Create linked repairs and retain follow-up notes • Import tenancy agreements and certificates for on-device review • Generate inspection PDFs and safer redacted sharing copies • Export and restore checksum-verified backups through Files • Protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID or device security Built for privacy and resilience Landlord companion’s core workflows run on your iPhone without a landlord account, hosted sync or website. The app does not track you or transmit your property records to a Landlord companion cloud service in this release. You control when records, reports or backups leave the app. Important: Landlord companion supports administration and record-keeping; it does not provide legal advice. You remain responsible for lawful collection, accuracy, retention and secure handling of tenant and property information. Export encrypted backup password-protects workspace archives. Legacy backups and other exports may be unencrypted; keep exports and passwords safe.
