PARZERO Total Care

PARZERO Total Care is the member app for a prepaid health discount plan for households in Michigan. It is not insurance, and it is not a substitute for insurance. There is no policy, no coverage and no claim — members pay providers directly at member prices at the time of service. The app is free to download. Membership is a paid monthly subscription: $79 a month for a household of up to five people. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP Enroll your household Create an account, add up to five people with their names and dates of birth, enter your address, and review everything before you submit. There are no health questions and nothing to be turned down for. You can close the app part-way through and pick up where you left off. Show your membership card Your household gets one card with every name on it. Flip it to see who is included, and save it as a PDF or share it from the app. Request a visit Choose who the visit is for, pick a reason, and offer up to three dates with a morning, afternoon or evening preference. Staff call you back on the number you give to agree a time. Once a visit is scheduled, the app shows you the details and a link to join it. Manage your household See who is on your plan and how many places are left, and add someone to an active plan. See your billing Check your subscription status and renewal date, look back over every payment, update your payment method, or cancel. Canceling stops the next charge. Get help, or close your account Call or email support, read the member documents, and delete your account from inside the app. Deleting your account cancels the subscription and ends your sessions. ELIGIBILITY PARZERO Total Care is available to households with a residential address in Michigan. One household includes up to five people in total, including the account holder. You need an email address and a US mobile number to enroll. WHAT THIS IS NOT This is not insurance and not a substitute for it. It does not pay your providers on your behalf, and it will not protect you from a catastrophic bill — if you need that, you need insurance. A membership card confirms membership; it is not a guarantee of payment or of eligibility for any particular price. WHO PROVIDES IT PARZERO Total Care is provided by PARZERO Total Care, LLC, owned by Juan C Pinillos, which is responsible to members for the plan and the app. The app is published through AmityEdge Private Limited's store account.
