EYEStamp adds your signature and your clinic's fax number to prescription PDFs, right on your iPad. Some EMRs generate prescriptions without the prescriber's signature or a fax number for the pharmacy to reply to. The usual fix is to print, sign, write the number by hand, scan, and re-attach. EYEStamp does it in three taps, and the signed PDF goes straight back into the patient's record to be faxed from the EMR, printed for the patient, or saved. HOW IT WORKS 1. In your EMR, open the prescription PDF, tap Share, and choose EYEStamp. 2. Pick the location you're prescribing from. Your signature and that clinic's fax number appear on the page. 3. Tap Print to hand the patient a copy, Share to file it back in the EMR, or Save to Files for a local copy. SET UP ONCE • Scan your signature with the camera. Sign a plain sheet of paper, and EYEStamp removes the paper automatically, leaving a clean transparent signature. You can also draw on screen or import an image. • Add each clinic you work at with its fax number. Switch between them with one tap. • Drag the signature and the fax number to where your prescription template leaves room. Positions are remembered for every prescription after that. BUILT FOR REAL CLINIC DAYS • Works with any EMR or app that can share a PDF. • Stamp the first page, the last page, or every page of multi-page prescriptions. • The signature and fax number are drawn into the page itself, so they show correctly in every fax system, viewer, and printer and cannot be removed downstream. • The original PDF is never modified. • Optional date line under the fax number. • Share your clinic list with colleagues so they can import it in seconds. PRIVATE BY DESIGN EYEStamp makes no network connections and collects no data. Prescriptions are kept only while they're open, in the app's private storage, and are deleted when you close them.
