About

Every home game has the same three arguments. "Weren't the blinds supposed to go up?" "How many chips do I start with?" And the long one, at 1am, over who owes whom. Blind Structure ends all three. One phone, propped against the rail, runs the whole night — and when the last hand is dealt, everyone already knows the number they're going home with. Nothing here is a game. There are no cards in this app, no odds, no luck. Just the three jobs a host actually has, done properly. JOB ONE: KEEP THE CLOCK HONEST The timer doesn't count down — it reads the wall clock. Take a call, pocket the phone, let the battery die and restart: it comes back on exactly the right level, to the second, every time. Big amber-gold numerals readable from the far seat, a "level ends at 22:42" line so nobody asks, a quiet warning in the last minute, and a chime when the blinds go up. JOB TWO: MAKE THE CHIPS MAKE SENSE Tell it your buy-in and which chips are in the case. It hands you a clean, dealable starting stack — "28 white, 13 red, 4 blue" — and totals what to pull out for the whole table. Every penny is whole-number maths. If the final count is off, it says "table is off by £5 — recount?" out loud, because a missing red chip should be found, not papered over. JOB THREE: SETTLE IT IN SECONDS Count each player's stack the way you actually count it — tap a chip for each one in the hand. Then the ledger does the thing that used to take twenty minutes and one hurt friendship: the fewest possible transfers. "Dan pays Marko £25." Done. Played at someone else's place without the timer? Quick Settle takes bare numbers and gives the same answer. AND THEN IT REMEMBERS Nights, results, rebuys, the hand everyone argued about. Season standings with a podium. A Record Book that knows your group: the biggest night, the roughest one, the hot streak, "the optimist" with the most rebuys. A felt-styled recap picture for the group chat, so Tuesday's bragging is properly sourced. Even the dealer button is remembered — it rotates to the next seat every night you host, so that argument dies too. BUILT FOR HOSTS WITH OPINIONS Turbo, Deepstack and Cash-game presets — or tell the planner "£40 buy-in, 15-minute levels, done by midnight" and it lays a ladder your chips can actually deal. Write your house rules on an editable card and share them before someone "forgets". Name and value the chips you really own. Everything exports to one file and imports on a new phone. AND IT'S NOBODY'S BUSINESS No account. No ads. No analytics. No internet, even. Your Thursday game is between you and your table. Blind Structure doesn't play poker. It does everything else, so you can. Requires iOS 16 or later. iPhone only.Read more

    • Optional add-ons: switch on an add-on price at setup, and the rebuy sheet grows a per-player top-up. Add-ons roll into the pot, the cash-out result and the night recap. • Agreed payouts: pick a split at setup (winner-takes-all, top 2, top 3) and the table shows what 1st, 2nd and 3rd take home as the pot moves. Cash-out lines it up against the finishing order. • Starting stack in BB: setup shows how deep everyone starts at Level 1 — "4,000 chips · 80 BB" — so you can tell at a glance whether it's a deep game or a shove-fest. • Read levels aloud, colour-up reminders and the saved night timelin…
