Treppenhaus

Treppenhaus is a shared, encrypted records app for the advisory board of a German homeowners’ association (WEG). Topics, documents, email and resolutions live in one place. Every board member sees the same state. Ask questions; answers cite the source documents. AI output is a reading aid, not legal advice. Any condominium association can use Treppenhaus. Request access in the app with your association code; the board confirms your unit. There is no content without a membership. Features: • Topics with status, tasks and comments • Document store with preview • Owners’ meetings, agenda items and resolutions • Email inbox and sending from a topic • Questions against the file with citations Content is stored in the EU and encrypted with a key per association. Operators cannot read plaintext.
