Insurance Vault is a family insurance record manager built for the person who keeps everyone covered. 【Key Features】 • One vault for your whole family — group them by family member so it's obvious who has what, when it expires, and when the next premium is due. • Smart OCR entry — snap a photo of a policy page or import a PDF contract, and we'll auto-detect the insurer, product, policy number, premium, and coverage dates. You confirm before anything is saved. • Renewal reminders — set a premium date or expiry date and we'll nudge you 30, 7, and 1 day before, plus the morning of. • iCloud sync across your devices — turn on sync and the same data follows you between your own iPhones (same Apple ID). • Encrypted backup and restore — export an encrypted backup with a password; restore on a new device in one tap. • Emergency contacts — keep your broker, bank, and doctor one tap away for the calls you hope you never need to make. • App lock — Face ID / Touch ID / passcode so the next person to pick up your phone doesn't see what they shouldn't. 【What this app is NOT (honest first)】 • We do not run a server, and there is no account system. Your policy data never leaves your device and never reaches our server — because we have no server. • By default your data lives only on your phone. It only syncs through your own iCloud Private Database if you turn that on. • Multi-device sync today is limited to "your devices on the same Apple ID." Multi-party co-management across different Apple IDs is in development and not yet open. • The claim (ClaimCase) data model is ready, but this release does not include a UI for entering or viewing claims. 【How we handle your data】 • Offline by default — turning sync off means the app works fully with no network at all. • We do not record your content — logs contain no names, policy numbers, OCR full text, conditions, or beneficiaries. • Backups can be encrypted — export with a password and the file is encrypted. • Policy files are protected by the system file protection — they cannot be read while the device is locked.
