Clearfolio is a private place to keep a record of the debts you already have. It is not a lender, not a debt-management company, not a collections service, and not financial advice — just a calm, personal record that stays on your iPhone. Everything you add stays on your device. Nothing is transmitted, there is no account to create, no sign-up, and the app works fully offline. Because Clearfolio collects nothing, there is nothing to sell — Apple's own App Privacy summary shows "Data Not Collected". Pay once. No subscription. No ads. No in-app purchases. Money you owe is easy to lose track of when it sits across different letters, apps and statements. Clearfolio gathers it into one quiet overview, so you can simply see where you stand — without judgement, pressure or anyone else looking on. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See everything in one place — every debt, its balance, and a clear running total, with an at-a-glance overview of your whole picture. • Add a debt from a photo — point your camera at a letter or statement and Clearfolio reads the details for you to check and confirm, so there's little to type by hand. • Keep a dependable record — note who each debt is with, reference numbers, and the people or organisations involved, all organised under each debt. • Follow the history — a dated timeline records every change you make, so you can look back and see how things have moved over time. • Tidy your list — keep current debts to hand and move settled ones aside, so your overview stays calm and uncluttered. • Export or share — produce a tidy summary of a single debt or your whole record as a PDF, for your own files or to pass on when you choose to. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your records live on your iPhone, not on our servers — we don't have any. • No account, no email, no sign-up. The app opens straight to your own information. • No tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party data collection. • Export or delete everything you've added at any time — your record is always yours to take with you or remove. • Lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode if you'd like an extra layer.
