About

Closet is for people who own a lot of clothes and can't picture most of them. Photograph each piece once. Closet lifts the garment off its background automatically and files it away, so your wardrobe becomes something you can actually look at - a grid of what you own, not a rail you have to dig through. WHAT IT DOES Photograph and file Point the camera at a garment and Closet removes the background on the device itself, then files it under your own sections - Dresses, Shirts, Pants, Shoes, Bags, whatever you keep. Sections have sub-sections too, so midi and mini dresses live apart if that is how you think. Add the brand, size, colour, season and price if you want them; skip them if you don't. Know what you actually wear Tap what you wore today, or backfill the last few days. Over a few weeks the app can tell you what you reach for constantly, what you have not touched since spring, and what you have never worn at all - with the cost per wear of anything you entered a price for. Outfits, and an avatar to build them on Group pieces into outfits and log the whole outfit as worn with one tap. Or open the dress-up avatar, drag your own cut-out clothes onto it, and see the combination before you commit to it. What to wear today Set your city once. Closet checks the weather and suggests outfits that suit it, favouring what you haven't worn lately and pieces you have worn together before. The suggestions get sharper the more you log. Find what you have forgotten Filter to what you have not worn in months, or have never worn at all, and decide whether it deserves the space it is taking up. BUILT TO STAY YOURS No account. No sign-up. No server. Your photographs and your wardrobe live on your phone and nowhere else - the developer cannot see any of it, and there is nothing to leak. The background removal runs on the device, not in a cloud. There is no advertising and no tracking. Back up whenever you like to a folder you choose, and restore from it on a new phone. Closet works offline. The only thing it ever asks the internet for is the weather forecast for the city you set, and only if you set one.Read more
