Mystoria: Social Stories

Mystoria is a social-story creation tool for parents, caregivers, educators and therapists. Prepare personalized stories for everyday situations, review every page, and guide shared reading at your own pace. A social story describes a situation in calm, literal, first-person words: what happens, who is there, and what the reader can expect. Mystoria gives you a starting draft, keeps you in charge of every word and picture, and turns the result into a book you can read on iPhone or iPad. WRITE A STORY IN MINUTES • Answer a few guided questions about the moment: a dentist visit, a new classroom, a bus ride, saying goodbye. • Choose a writer: cloud writing, or an optional free on-device writer on supported iPhones and iPads. • Review the draft in Story studio. Mystoria shows which sentences describe and which ones direct, so the story stays gentle and descriptive. • Edit any word. Nothing is sent or published without you. PICTURES THAT FEEL FAMILIAR • Create illustrations for each page, or plan the scenes first so the pictures keep a consistent look. • Add your own photos and lift them into cutouts: the real backpack, the real front door, the family dog. • Choose a cover from the story's own pictures. READ TOGETHER • A quiet reader with large text, page pictures and optional narration recorded in your own voice. • Optional small activities at the end: a question, a breath, something to find. • Reading history and gentle reminders, at your own pace. YOUR STORIES STAY YOURS • Stories live on your device. Cloud sync is optional and private to your account. • Cloud writing and pictures are processed by OpenAI through Mystoria's servers, only with the details you confirmed and only after you allow it in the app. • Share a story as a PDF or file, invite someone to a private shared edition, or publish a template for other families in Discover. Community templates are text-checked before publication, can be reported and blocked, and can be withdrawn at any time. FREE AND PLUS Reading, writing by hand, your own photos, exports, starter stories and the on-device writer are free. Every account also receives three cloud story creations and ten pictures to start. Mystoria Plus adds a monthly allowance of cloud writing and picture requests.
