Jurat Mobile

Jurat is the field client for law enforcement agencies running the Jurat platform. It requires an account issued by your agency — there is no self-service sign-up, and the app cannot be used without a deployment to connect to. FOR SWORN PERSONNEL AND AGENCY STAFF Take a sworn statement at the scene. Capture an affiant's identity, their narrative, and their signature on the device in your hand, then counter-sign it as the officer. The finished document is cryptographically sealed and timestamped, and lands in your agency's records as a managed, searchable record rather than a file somebody has to remember to file. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Take and counter-sign electronic sworn statements in the field • Scan a driver's license barcode to fill identity fields, decoded on the device • Build and issue victim packets, including Marsy's Law and rights notices • Complete your agency's own custom forms, configured by your administrators • Triage online reports filed by citizens and promote them into cases • Search your agency's statements, packets and case records BUILT FOR THE SECURITY POLICY YOUR AGENCY ANSWERS TO Jurat implements and meets the CJIS Security Policy's technical and administrative controls. On the device that means: sign-in through your agency's own Microsoft Entra ID directory, a biometric or passcode lock on launch and after the app has been backgrounded, screenshot and screen-recording blocking on screens that can contain criminal justice information, a privacy cover in the app switcher, and a refusal to run at all on a rooted or jailbroken device. The app collects nothing for itself. No analytics, no advertising identifier, no third-party tracking. What you submit goes to your agency's own deployment and nowhere else. ONE APP, YOUR AGENCY'S DEPLOYMENT Jurat is deployed per agency rather than as shared multi-tenant software, so the app asks once for your agency's Jurat address and connects there. Your IT staff can also configure it by link or QR code. GETTING ACCESS Accounts are created by your agency's administrator and tied to an identity in your organization's directory.
