Nanotun

Nanotun is the client for a self-hosted, open-source private network. Deploy the gateway on your own server, import its profile with a QR code or a nanotun:// link, and connect your iPhone and iPad to your own network — no third party in the data path. YOUR TRAFFIC, YOUR SERVER • The data plane runs only between your device and the gateway you operate. Nanotun's cloud never carries, inspects or logs your traffic. • Connection credentials are stored in the device keychain and are never uploaded. • The gateway software is open source. Audit it, run it anywhere. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED • Import a profile and connect. Every core feature works without signing up. • An account is only needed for optional cloud sync of your node list across devices and for team distribution. BUILT FOR DAILY USE • Mesh-only or full-tunnel routing, switchable in one tap. • Smart transport mode picks the best protocol automatically (QUIC or TLS), or pin one yourself. • Network protection (kill switch) blocks traffic while the tunnel is down. • Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, Home Screen quick actions, optional speed limits. • Subnet routing reaches your NAS, printers and other LAN devices behind the gateway. • No ads, no analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs. TEAMS • Distribute nodes to team members by group, revoke access when someone leaves, and see which devices are signed in.
