About
A calmer place to plan your homeschool days and keep the work that matters. Learning Ledger helps parents organize learning for multiple children, with flexible tools you can use as much—or as little—as your family needs. PLAN YOUR DAYS Plan lessons, classes, co-ops, field trips, sports, and activities. Set up repeating schedules, see what is coming up, and adjust unfinished lessons when life changes your plans. KEEP A LEARNING JOURNAL Record assignments, projects, and daily learning. Add photos or PDF work samples, notes, and optional grades. Keep each child’s work organized by school year. FOLLOW THEIR READING Keep a book list, record pages read by day, or use both. Each child has their own reading ledger. MAKE RECORD KEEPING YOUR OWN Use optional attendance, grades, courses, and activities. Prepare portfolios, reading records, report cards, and transcripts from the information you enter. Share or print records using available device options. LOCAL BY DESIGN Family records are stored on your device. No Learning Ledger account is required, and there are no ads or advertising trackers. Optional calendar access lets you review and exchange selected events with your device calendars. BACK UP WHAT MATTERS Export a full backup, including attached work samples, to a location you choose. Optional password protection is available for backup files. Local recovery points provide another way to recover earlier information on the same device. Important: Device-local storage is not automatic cloud synchronization. Keep current backups outside the app and check that they can be restored. Deleting the app or losing the device may remove locally stored records. Each device keeps its own records. Learning Ledger is a parent-directed planning and record-keeping tool, not an accredited school or a guarantee of legal compliance. Parents and guardians are responsible for checking applicable homeschool and school record-keeping requirements and reviewing the records they create.
