Goal Journal is your private space for goals, tasks, shopping lists, and daily journaling — with no ads and no subscriptions. Buy once and use the full app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Add Apple Watch for quick capture on the go. With iCloud enabled, your data stays in your account and syncs across all your devices. What you can do • Create goals with categories, templates, and optional target dates • Track tasks with statuses, due dates, and progress notes • Capture Quick Notes when you’re not ready to pick a goal, then file them later • Keep Shopping Lists by store — check items off, set quantities, finish a trip, reuse from History, or share as text • Use Apple Watch for Quick Notes, Shopping Lists, and short goal or task capture • Log a daily journal entry and rating for each goal • Review overdue and due‑today work at a glance • See weekly, monthly, and yearly reports • Preview, print, email, or share a goal progress report • Customize goal‑report email layout, colors, and included sections in Settings Your data Goals, tasks, notes, Shopping Lists, Quick Notes, and journal entries sync with your private iCloud. You can turn on an optional app lock with Face ID, Touch ID, and a password stored through iCloud Keychain. Settings → Export can save a goal list as JSON or CSV with titles, descriptions, categories, completed status, created dates, and target dates. Tasks, journal entries, notes, Quick Notes, and Shopping Lists are not included. This file is not a full backup and cannot be imported. No ads. No in‑app purchases. No subscriptions.
