Veloxiom

Veloxiom is the mobile companion for Internet Service Providers that run the Veloxiom ISP platform. Connect the app to your provider's Veloxiom panel and manage your network and subscribers from anywhere. FOR PROVIDER STAFF (Administrator mode) • Dashboard: customers, online sessions, open tickets, routers and pending invoices at a glance • Customers: search, view and edit subscribers (PPPoE / DHCP), plans, static IP, expiry, reconnect or disable a service • Live sessions: who is online, on which router, with which IP and traffic • Tickets: create, reply and resolve support tickets, attach photos from the field • Technician work orders with photos and customer signature • Billing: invoices, payments and recurring services per customer • Contracts: view, download and monitor subscriber contracts • Routers & network: router health, IPAM, config backups, incidents and maintenance windows • Telephony, speed test, wiki and more • Push notifications for new tickets, outages and important events • QR-code login and optional Face ID / Touch ID FOR SUBSCRIBERS (Customer mode) • Overview of your connection: plan, status, IP, expiry • Traffic of the current session and history • Invoices with online payment • Support tickets • Notifications from your provider The app connects only to the Veloxiom panel URL you enter (HTTPS). An account from your Internet provider is required. Veloxiom is a white-label platform: each provider sees its own branding, data and customers.
