BM Live Field

BM Live Field is the mobile companion to the BM Live facilities management platform. It gives technicians, suppliers, facility managers and clients the jobs they're responsible for, wherever the work happens. An existing BM Live account is required. Accounts are issued by your organisation's BM Live administrator. WORK ORDERS - See your assigned jobs with priority, site, location, asset and SLA target - Accept or decline jobs, submit quotes and start dates, and log progress - Mark work complete with notes and photo evidence - Raise new requests from the field INSPECTIONS - Run inspection checklists on site, with pass, fail and N/A for every item - Notes are required where the checklist asks for them PLANNED WORK - View project orders and planned maintenance schedules, and the jobs they generate BUILT FOR THE FIELD - Works offline: jobs, photos and updates are stored securely on the device and sync automatically when a connection returns - Photos are tagged with where and when they were taken - Large tap targets for use with gloves - Phone and tablet layouts REPORTS - Client users can view reactive, preventative, financial, asset life-cycle and refurbishment reports What you can see and do is controlled by your role in BM Live.
