Any card with a barcode becomes a clean pass on your iPhone. Point the camera at a gym, library, loyalty, insurance or event card. The app finds the card and its barcode by itself, reads the number, and keeps a photo of the card. You get a designed pass with a large barcode that a store scanner reads, and the number printed under it in case the cashier has to type it. WHAT IT DOES - Scans a card with the camera, or from a photo in your library. - Redraws the barcode from the decoded number, crisp at any size (Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, UPC-A, EAN-8, ITF and Codabar), and draws QR, PDF417 and Aztec codes. Other barcode kinds are shown from your photo of the card, with the number still editable. - Keeps the photo of the card behind the pass, one tap away. - Lets you pick a pass type (membership, event ticket, library, gym, health insurance, medical, student ID, ID card, car insurance, vehicle, business card, offer, transit, other) with fields that fit it, and a colour: the one lifted from your card, eight presets, or your own. - Turns the screen to full brightness while a pass is shown, so the scanner reads it first time. - Favourites, search, archive and delete. Share a pass as an image. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO - No account. No sign-up. - No server. Nothing is uploaded, ever. The app makes no network calls at all. - No analytics, no tracking, no ads. - Everything stays on your phone, in the app's protected storage. Delete the app and it is all gone.
