WITH THE APP YOU CAN • Order room service to your room, the restaurant or the pool, and follow your order in real time • Book experiences and activities offered by the hotel (diving, surfing, yoga, tours and more) • Book transfers to and from the hotel • Reserve spa treatments • Shop the hotel boutique • Chat with the front desk, concierge, spa and restaurant, and get an answer in the app • Get notified when a booking is confirmed or when the hotel has news for you • See your Wi-Fi, hotel policies, check-in and check-out dates and room number HOW IT WORKS Find your hotel by name or let the app detect it by location, type the name on your reservation and you are in. The app is available in English and Spanish and works on iPhone and iPad. Hotel Concierge Guest works with hotels that use the Hotel Concierge platform. If your hotel is not listed yet, ask the front desk.
