- Upgrade levels reworked from level 5 on. A regular level adds 3% income for 10% more cost; levels 5, 10, 20 and 30 add 44% income for about twice the cost. How far these prices go depends on the liner: up to level 5, 10, 20 or 30. Above that, each level costs another 2.2 times more. Before: from level 5 on, each level cost 1.5 times more and added 8%. - Prices no longer change after you have seen them.
