Ordegate HR

Ordegate HR is for employees of businesses already using Ordegate. Use your staff account to check shifts, record attendance, submit requests, and read your employment records. Authorized managers also have team review tools. This is a publicly downloadable business tool for internal use by existing customer businesses. Business access requires credentials issued by your business; there is no public sign-up. - Schedule: see today's assigned shift, the current attendance state, elapsed time, and the week's shift summary. - Clock actions in Schedule: submit Clock In and Clock Out with the location captured for the attendance action. - My Requests: send a dated leave, unpaid leave, overtime, or attendance-correction request with a comment. - Request history: switch between Pending, Approved, and Rejected to follow decisions. - Dashboard: move between months to review your recorded work hours, attendance days, leave, and penalties. - History: inspect recorded sign-in and sign-out times and hours. - Payroll: read payslips with gross pay, tax, bonuses, deductions, penalties, and net pay. - Manager access: use Approvals to approve or reject pending requests and Open Check-ins to review employees still clocked in, when your role permits.
