MyDay: AI Planner & Reminders

MyDay is an assistant you talk to. Say one thing in your own words: it creates the event, sets the reminders and lists what to bring, then asks about the rest with buttons you tap. For people with a lot on: frequent trips, work and home in one day. SAY IT ONCE • Hold the mic and talk, or type: "client site at 9 tomorrow morning". • The reply opens with an event card — date, time, place, reminders — then suggests when to leave and what to prepare. If route details can't be found, the event and reminders are saved anyway; tap Try again. • Anything left unsaid is marked TBD, with options underneath: train / driving / taxi. • Departure and travel times are estimates, labelled as such on the card. • Say "move it to 10" and the time and its reminders update together. SCREENSHOTS, PHOTOS AND TEXT • Pick a screenshot, photograph a ticket, or import a file: MyDay reads the time and place and asks you to check before saving. • Share an image or text to MyDay from another app, or let it offer to take what you just copied (off in Settings). YOUR SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE • Items sit in date order, in three views: Next 7 days, Week and Month. Clashing times are flagged. • MyDay can read Apple Calendar, flag a clash and write items back — both switches in Settings. • Inside an item: add or remove reminders, tick off what to bring, change the time or place, or return to its conversation. What to bring can sync to Reminders. • Tap Start working for a focus timer; the time left shows on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. REMINDERS THAT CHASE YOU • Departure reminders carry Left and 10 min later, so you can answer in place. • As departure time nears, the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show a countdown. • Morning and evening summaries, quiet hours, reminder frequency and departure lead time are yours to set. • On iOS 26.1 and later, an important departure reminder can ring as an alarm, even on silent. • When something needs a booking or appointment, MyDay reminds you and opens the right app or page; you finish it yourself. PROMISES AND NOTES • Say "I promised the quote by next week" and it lands on your Promises list. • Notes: write one, or say "note this". Search with a sentence; the answer is drawn from your notes, with the related ones attached. Notes the assistant shouldn't use can be marked Private; deleted ones stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days. • About you shows what it has remembered: edit or delete entries, pause learning, or clear it all. WAYS IN • Siri: "Note something in MyDay", "What's on in MyDay today", "Tell MyDay it's done". • Widgets: small and medium on the Home Screen plus a Lock Screen one — when to leave next, how many items today. • Sharing: send a day or one item as an image or link, with the place trimmed or hidden. LIMITS AND PRIVACY • It reminds you and opens the door: no ordering, paying or booking, and no messages or emails on your behalf. • On anything medical it sticks to the general process; your clinic's notice is what counts. No diagnosis, no medication or financial advice. • Replies come from a third-party large language model called from our servers and can be wrong, so check times, places and costs. • All core features work without signing in; Sign in with Apple is optional, for syncing across devices. What you tell MyDay goes to our servers to be understood, answered and turned into reminders. • Speech is transcribed with Apple's speech services, on the iPhone where supported; recordings never reach our servers. Screenshot text is read on the iPhone, images are not uploaded. • Permissions are asked for only when first needed. Location is used only for routes and departure estimates; no movement history is kept. • Settings lets you export everything, or delete your account and all your data, phone and server together. Available in English, 日本語 and 简体中文. Most features need an internet connection.
