FlagMingo: Find the country

Little pins. Big world. Help your child get to know the world, one playful guess at a time. Explore a colourful map, find familiar places and discover somewhere new. Play solo, pass the device around, or browse together at your own pace. PASS & PLAY: WHO KNOWS THE MAP BEST? Two to four players take turns on one iPhone or iPad. Enter your names, pass the device and place your pins in private. No one sees another player's guess until everyone has locked theirs. Then watch all the distances count up together. A little suspense, a lot of friendly competition! TWO WAYS TO TEST YOUR GEOGRAPHY • Find a place: read a country or city name, then drop your flamingo pin on the map. • Name the pin: identify the marked place from answer choices, or type its name on Hard. • Discover all 195 countries and 271 cities, including familiar favourites and new places to learn. • Choose Worldwide or focus on Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America or Oceania. • Three difficulty levels, with easier places first and a fresh shuffled journey each time. Places never repeat within a game. MAKE EVERY KILOMETRE COUNT Find a place starts with 40,000 km on Easy, 25,000 km on Medium or 15,000 km on Hard. Correct countries cost nothing; city guesses within 25 km cost nothing too. Miss and the distance comes off your balance. How many rounds can you last? Finish every place in your chosen pool and celebrate completing the journey. EVERY MISS IS A CHANCE TO LEARN See the correct answer, watch a line trace the distance to your guess, and use nearby country labels to remember where it belongs. Pinch to zoom and drag to explore. BROWSE THE MAP No timer, no score, no pressure. Explore a labelled world map, tap places for details and zoom in for more names. Switch terrain on to discover mountains, rivers and lakes. Maps and learning content are included for offline use. YOUR SCORE. YOUR COUNTRY. THE WORLD. After a solo game, save your completed score on this device. Enter an emoji, three-letter arcade name and country once to join the country and worldwide leaderboards. After you join, future completed solo scores sync automatically. Compare results for the same mode, difficulty and region. No email or password is needed. Joining is optional; internet is required for online rankings. If the service is unavailable, keep playing and saving scores on your device. MADE FOR CURIOUS EXPLORERS • Landscape play gives the map more room on iPhone and iPad. • Earn XP, collect milestones and revisit places you missed. • No ads, in-app purchases or advertising tracking. • No GPS required. • Solo play, Pass & Play and map browsing work offline.
