About

Plan your wedding together. Run the wedding day from one place. And collect the photos everyone else captures along the way. WedRelay brings your wedding tasks, shared timeline, team communication, day-of coordination, and guest photos into one simple workspace. COLLECT GUEST PHOTOS WITH A QR CODE Create a QR code for your wedding and place it at your reception. Guests scan it, enter their name, and upload photos straight from their phone — no WedRelay account and no app download required. Guests can take a new photo or choose pictures they already captured, giving you one place to collect the candid moments you may otherwise never see. PLAN TOGETHER Keep personal tasks and wedding-wide tasks organized in one place. Assign responsibilities, set priorities, and make sure everyone knows what still needs attention. ONE MASTER WEDDING TIMELINE Build a shared wedding-day schedule for your team. Events can overlap, occur at the same time, and be updated as the day changes. DAY-OF MODE See what’s happening now, what’s coming next, and quickly communicate changes when the wedding day doesn’t go exactly according to plan. PRIVATE PHOTO COLLECTION Keep uploaded wedding photos available to the people you approve, with controls for how and when your gallery is shared. EVERYTHING IN ONE WEDDING WORKSPACE Tasks, timeline, photos, updates, coordination, and your wedding team stay connected inside WedRelay.
