About
A photo converter for the files you actually need to send. Convert an image to JPG when a website won't accept its original format, or keep a transparent graphic as PNG or WebP. Choose pictures from Photos or Files, pick a format and save the results on your iPhone or iPad. HEIC to JPG, without uploading your photos Use the HEIC converter to make JPEG copies of HEIC or HEIF photos for an online form, an email attachment or someone with an older device. Conversion takes place on your device, not on a remote server. WebP to JPG and PNG to JPG A downloaded picture or screenshot may need a different format before you can use it elsewhere. The JPG converter handles static WebP and PNG files as well as HEIC photos. For WebP to JPG, choose the quality before you start and save the finished copy where you need it. JPG to PNG, or back to WebP Save a JPEG as PNG for a workflow that needs that format. This won't restore lost detail or make the background transparent. The WebP converter offers lossy and lossless output; PNG and WebP can retain transparency already present in the source. One batch instead of one file at a time The batch image converter processes up to 5 pictures per batch in the free version. Choose several images, set the output format once and follow each file's progress. A failed item doesn't stop the rest of the batch. For larger jobs, the batch image converter supports up to 100 pictures with Lifetime Pro. It's a one-off purchase that also removes ads. Every output format is available for free; Pro changes the batch limit, not the choice of formats. Choose what to keep When you convert an image to JPG, the JPG converter lets you adjust quality and choose a white or black background for transparent areas. Quality settings also apply to HEIC and lossy WebP, but not to PNG or lossless WebP. Metadata removal is on by default, including location data stored in the original. Switch it off to retain the metadata supported by the chosen format. The result's orientation is corrected independently of that setting. Save the copies you need Save JPEG, PNG and HEIC results to Photos, or export them through Files and Share. Use Files or Share for WebP. Each result is checked before it is marked as complete. Deleting conversion history removes the copies held inside the app, not files you've already exported elsewhere. Your pictures stay on your device Image contents are not uploaded for conversion. Ads, purchases and optional diagnostics may use the internet; that is separate from processing your pictures. Supported input: JPEG/JPG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF and static WebP. Output: JPEG, PNG, HEIC and WebP. Animated images and PDF or SVG output are not supported.Read more
