Keep owner-confirmed instructions, see what changed since the last completed visit, and leave a clear visit record. CARE THAT STAYS CURRENT Add your own pets and photos, then share a private care link with the owner. Owners can review instructions, update details and photos, and confirm a version in their browser. They do not need an app or a paid account. SEE WHAT CHANGED Before a repeat visit, compare current confirmed care with the care used on your last completed visit. For a first visit, review the full instructions. Each sitter records their own review of the current version. FINISH WITH A VISIT UPDATE Save a visit note and photos, then tap Notify owner. Preview that exact visit and choose Messages, email or another app to send it. You choose the recipient and send it yourself. Visit updates stay separate from confirmed care instructions. KEEP THE HOUSEHOLD TOGETHER Organize shared home instructions, supplies and emergency contacts for multi-pet households. Invite team members and choose which pets they can access. Dated history keeps owner confirmations, sitter reviews and completed visits distinct. TAKE CARE WITH YOU Downloaded care is available offline. Last-sync and confirmation times show what is saved. Offline reviews and visits remain pending until the service accepts them; a saved visit must sync before sharing. New care changes require a fresh review. Staynote also includes client archiving, optional reminders, account export and account deletion. Owner links expire and can be replaced. MEMBERSHIP Owners confirm care for free. New sitter workspaces receive a 14-day workspace trial, with no purchase needed to start. This service trial does not start an Apple subscription automatically. Staynote Sitter Monthly provides ongoing workspace access through an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Apple displays your local price before purchase. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting Staynote or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Staynote records owner-supplied instructions.
