Fitdly

Fitdly is a personal training planner. Choose a goal, build a cycle, and see exactly what to lift today. Plan the week. Train the session. Review what actually happened. Then edit the weeks ahead. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Set a goal and generate a training cycle with a clear weekly rhythm • Follow today’s session with weight, reps, RPE, and rest • Use a rest timer that keeps the next set in view • Browse a motion library and pin the lifts you use most • Capture optional form snapshots, training stills, and voice notes during rest or after the session • Watch strength curves, PRs, and plan-versus-actual drift • Check 7, 30, and 90 day trends, then go back to Plan and adjust Fitdly is built for people who already know they want a program — hypertrophy, fat loss, strength, endurance, physique, or consistent training — and need that program to stay honest. Optional in-app purchases are available if you want extra form snapshots, stills, or voice notes on a session.
