It doesn't have to be neat: Sloe cleans up the wording and gives each task a category. That category is what makes the monthly picture possible. Then you decide when. You put each task on a day, in the morning, afternoon or evening, and drag tasks into whatever order feels best right now. No start or end times to change. That is the whole loop.
