KeywayEHS brings the day-to-day work of a safety team into one place: reporting incidents, assessing risk, issuing work permits, tracking training, and managing chemicals, equipment, machinery and PPE — with the records, approvals and notifications that compliance requires. This is KeywayEHS for iPhone. It is the same system your organization already uses in the browser — the same records, the same permissions, the same organizations — laid out for a phone. There is no separate mobile copy of your data and nothing to sync. KeywayEHS is hosted in Malaysia. SIGNING IN You need a KeywayEHS account, invited by your organization's administrator. The app does not create accounts, and there is nothing to buy inside it. On first launch the app asks which KeywayEHS workspace to connect to, with app.keywayehs.com already filled in. Leave it as it is if that is where you sign in on the web, or enter your organization's own address — it is checked before you go further, and remembered afterwards. Then sign in exactly as you do in the browser: email and password, an employee-number Login ID, or Sign in with Microsoft where your organization uses it. NOTIFICATIONS The app can deliver notifications to your phone, so something waiting on your approval reaches you away from your desk. Which events notify you is set by your organization, not by the app. WHAT YOU SEE DEPENDS ON YOUR ORGANIZATION KeywayEHS is configured per organization. The modules and features available to you depend on your organization's plan, the modules your administrator has enabled, and your own permissions — so not every module listed above will appear for every user.
