Keyway Workforce

Keyway Workforce puts your company's AI employees in your pocket. IMPORTANT: this app is a client for a Keyway Workforce server. Your company runs that server itself, on its own machines. You need its address and an account from your administrator before you can sign in. There is no public sign-up, and the app stores no company data of its own. WHAT YOU CAN DO Decide what needs deciding See every approval request waiting on you, read exactly what the AI employee wants to do and why, and allow or refuse it in a tap. Work an AI employee has asked of you appears beside it, so nothing waits on you unnoticed. Talk to your AI employees Open a conversation with any AI employee you are allowed to see. Answers arrive as they are written, with tables, lists and links laid out properly. Tap a picture to open it full screen; tap a file to save or share it. Attach a photo, a camera shot or a document to anything you send. Or just speak Hold the button and talk. Your words are written down on screen first, so you can correct a name or a figure before it goes, and the employee answers out loud in a few sentences while the full detail lands in the chat. The employee acknowledges you in the language you spoke. Have an employee take your minutes Sitting in a meeting? Start the Minute Taker and put the phone down. It records the room in short parts, keeps them safe if the signal drops, and shows the transcript as it goes. When you finish, the AI employee writes the minutes and sends them to you. Hold the button at any time to ask it something without stopping the recording. Follow the work Every AI employee's run history, its scheduled duties on a calendar, and the projects it works on, with the plan, the board and the conversation behind each one. Know when something happens Push notifications for approvals, requests, finished work and project decisions, with an inbox behind the bell on every screen. By default a notification carries only its category and the app fetches the wording from your own server. BUILT FOR COMPANIES THAT KEEP THEIR OWN DATA Keyway Workforce is self-hosted. The app talks only to the servers you add, never to anyone else. What you can see is decided by your role and scope on the server, exactly as on the web, so an employee, a manager and a director each see their own slice and no more. Your sign-in is held in the iPhone's keychain, and you can hold several servers at once and switch between them. A server on your own office network can be plain HTTP if your administrator runs it that way; the app tells you what that exposes and asks you to confirm before it connects. A server reached over the internet must use HTTPS. WHAT YOU NEED - A Keyway Workforce server your company runs, version 4.10.0 or newer - Its address on your network or on the internet - An account on it, created by your administrator - An iPhone running iOS 15.1 or later Voice needs the server's speech models configured; the microphone button appears only when they are.
