Built for iPhone, with optional access from your computer. START WITH YOUR SHIFTS Choose a client, enter the support dates and times, and add any travel. Fairbill matches support items and time bands from its included NDIS pricing catalogue. Set agreed client rates and review the result before sharing a PDF. REUSE YOUR USUAL WEEK Save the shifts you normally work for a client. Choose a date range, review the completed shifts and untick anything you did not work. Shifts already included in an invoice or draft are left out. KEEP CLIENT DETAILS CLOSE Store billing arrangements, plan-manager details, agreed rates and usual invoices. Moving from another app? Import details from an existing invoice, then check and edit what Fairbill found. The invoice-reading step runs on your phone. CHECK BEFORE YOU SEND Review the recipient, supports, charges and GST treatment. Fairbill checks required business and billing details and flags issues for you to resolve. These checks do not confirm plan eligibility, service agreements or that a support was delivered. SUPPORTS IN THE RIGHT PLACE Set the state or territory where support was delivered. Public-holiday calculations use that service location. Review local observances and any exceptions that apply to the work. DESCRIPTIONS THAT SUIT THE RECIPIENT For self-managed and subcontracted clients, turn item codes off and choose a default support description, then adjust individual supports before sending. Plan-managed and agency-managed invoices retain their item codes. Subcontract invoices are addressed to the provider you invoice; participant contact details are optional. INVOICES AND RECEIPTS Create PDFs with your business details, payment details, support dates, quantities and charges. Issued invoices keep their original PDF and a record of later amendments. Record a payment and create a receipt. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE OWED See paid, unpaid and overdue invoices. Track travel kilometres and export financial-year records as a CSV. YOUR IPHONE, AND OPTIONALLY YOUR COMPUTER The iPhone app works offline without a Fairbill web account. Keep your own backups, with optional password protection. Enable web access only if you want an online copy. Approve a computer from your iPhone to create and check invoices, use usual shifts, download PDFs, prepare an email and record payments. Enter a start and finish time; Fairbill calculates the duration. Download and attach the PDF in your mail app before sending. Keep Fairbill open on your iPhone to sync. Download receipts for paid invoices on your iPhone or computer. Web access uploads client, invoice, PDF and business records to Fairbill's online service. Storage may be outside Australia.
