About
FieldSync Pro is a training log built for track and field — for the coach writing the workout and the athlete doing it. FOR ATHLETES See what you have today. Your practice schedule and the work your coach assigned sit on one screen, grouped by the day they belong to, with the sessions still waiting on your splits called out so nothing quietly goes unlogged. Log a session rep by rep. Type each split as you take it; the app compares them against the target your coach set and tells you where you landed. Bring in your runs from Apple Health. If you run with a watch, your workouts can come straight in — distance, time, and the laps you pressed. You choose which lap answers which rep, and nothing is written into your coach's session until you confirm it. A time that came off a watch is always labelled as such, so it is never mistaken for one you typed. Keep your marks. Log attempts in any event, and personal records are worked out for you — compared in real units, so a mark in feet is never quietly ranked against one in metres. FOR COACHES Prescribe real work. Interval sessions with sets, reps, distance, recovery and a target band; hang them on a practice or on a date; assign to an athlete or a whole squad. Read the session back. Every split, against the target, beside the same session the last time that athlete ran it — so you are reading a trend rather than a number. Run practices. A schedule your team can see, attendance, and a practice board for the day. BUILT FOR HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS Athletes aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's approval before an account is created — the account does not exist until the guardian says yes. We do not permit signups under 13. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics, and nothing about an athlete is sold to anybody, ever. Apple Health is read only, running workouts only, and only when you open the app and ask. FieldSync Pro never writes to Apple Health, and never reads heart rate, sleep, weight or anything else. Free for teams. Built by coaches who were tired of spreadsheets.Read more
