KMT Real Estate

KMT Real Estate rents out rooms and flats in Bergen, Norway. The app is for our tenants, and for anyone looking for a place to live. AVAILABLE HOMES Everything we have free right now, with price, size and photos. No sign-in needed. Send an enquiry from the app. YOUR PAGES Your home, your invoices, and whether each month's rent is registered as paid. MESSAGES Write to your landlord and read the replies in the same thread. Messages have their own place at the bottom of the screen. THE LEASE Read the full agreement on your phone and sign it by drawing with your finger. The terms must be scrolled through before you can sign. Afterwards you see your signature, your name and the time it was signed. CONDITION PHOTOS At move-in and move-out, photograph the room while you stand in it. The app reminds you of the rooms — living room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway, bathroom, storage — and of what to cover in each: floor, wall, window, door and ceiling. You can add words of your own. A comment goes with the report. This is your evidence if there is a disagreement later. FOR STAFF Look up a tenant or a room, see who has not paid, register a payment, start or answer a message — from the phone, out on the job. Face ID protects your pages and the admin screens. Face data never leaves the phone. A tenancy with KMT Real Estate is needed to sign in. The available homes are open to everyone.
