About
Koiton Forned Fitrack is the precision sharpening companion for anyone who bores holes for a living or for the love of the craft. Whether you work seasoned hardwood, mild steel, rigid plastic, or compacted clay, the app scores your drill geometry in real time — Rake, Relief, Point angle, and Land width — against the exact tolerances each material demands. The Board walks you through five sharpening stages: Shape, Relieve, Hone, Deburr, and Prove. At each stage, a live gauge renders your edge cross-section with fault overlays so you can see precisely where the geometry is out of window. Adjust the four rails, watch the verdict update instantly, and press Judge when you are ready. The app names every fault your current setting will cut — heel rub, folded lip, corner burn, chatter scallop, and seven more — before a single chip is made. Not sure what went wrong at the bench? Open the Key. Tick the symptoms you actually observed — smoke off the flutes, chatter rings in the bore, the edge rolled over — and the fault-diagnosis engine ranks all ten possible geometry errors live by confidence. Tap any ranked fault to push it straight onto your Board as a guided drill. The Rack keeps a personal catalogue of every tool you carry. Assign each one an edge type from twelve profiles, record the measured geometry, note its condition, photograph it before and after grinding, and build a dated grind log with grades and geometry deltas. Everything runs fully offline. No account, no network, no data leaves the device.Read more
