Stoneware

Stoneware is a mobile warehouse operations platform built for stone, slab and surface businesses. Give authorised warehouse teams the tools they need to manage inventory directly from the warehouse floor — from receiving new stock through to picking and dispatch. Key capabilities include: • Scan slab, barcode and QR labels • Receive shipments and inventory • Put away and move stock • Transfer slabs between warehouses • Perform stocktakes and inventory counts • Pick and dispatch customer orders • Process warehouse returns • Record damaged and quarantined stock • Attach operational photos • Work with offline queues and synchronisation • View assigned warehouse tasks • Switch between authorised workspaces and warehouses Stoneware provides permission-based access so employees only see the warehouses and operational actions assigned to them. A valid Stoneware business account and authorised employee access are required.
