About
Weekly Table plans your week, tracks what you eat, and writes your shopping list for you. Everything works offline, with no account and no sign-up. The only thing that ever leaves your phone is a barcode number when you scan a new product. PLAN THE WEEK Pick from 12,000 built-in recipes across 33 cuisines, or type in whatever you were going to cook anyway. Every recipe includes a full cooking method, written plainly and tested against its own ingredient list. Browse by meal, by cuisine or by style, save favourites, and copy a meal or a whole day to other days. SCAN A BARCODE Point the camera at a package and the name, calories, protein, carbs and fat fill in for you. Every food you scan is saved on your phone, so the next time it works with no signal at all. If a product isn't in the database, type it in once and Weekly Table remembers that barcode. TRACK WHAT YOU EAT Log food in a couple of taps from a database of thousands of everyday items, your own recipes or anything you've scanned. See your calories for the day against a target worked out from your details, with protein, carbs and fat alongside. Log exercise per activity, and choose whether it counts toward the day's target. COOK MODE Follow any recipe one step at a time in large type, with kitchen timers that start with a tap, keep running while you use the rest of the app, and ring until you stop them. Tick off ingredients as you go, and log a serving when you're done. THE GROCERY LIST WRITES ITSELF Your planned meals turn into a shopping list, grouped by aisle and added up across recipes. Mark anything you already have, add your own items, and share the list. MY PANTRY Keep track of what's in the house, so the grocery list only asks for what you actually need. "What can I make?" shows the recipes you can cook from it right now. BUILT FOR REAL KITCHENS Diet filters for gluten, dairy, nuts and eggs. Imperial or metric, with weights in grams beside cups and spoons. Works on iPhone and iPad. NO ACCOUNT, NO SUBSCRIPTION Your plan, your log and your recipes live on your phone. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to cancel. Calorie and nutrition figures are estimates, not a nutrition label. The daily calorie figure uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, and food data comes from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. Sources are listed in Settings.Read more
