Property by Ocho

Property by Ocho is the field-staff companion to the OchoHub Property module. Housekeepers and maintenance staff sign in with their OchoHub staff account, see their week's jobs and work through them on their phone or tablet — everything syncs live with the office rota. FEATURES • My Week — your jobs for this week and next, grouped by day, updating live as the office adjusts the rota • Property packs — key safe codes (revealed only at the property, after a Face ID or passcode check), bed arrangements, Wi-Fi details and special notes • Checklists — work through the property's checklist; safety-critical items are stamped with time and location as proof they were done on site • Photos and notes — attach photos and send notes straight back to the office from the job or mid-checklist • Supervisor sign-off — supervisors check finished work, rate the clean and send a job back to the cleaner with a note when something needs putting right • Office clock-in — scan the QR code at the office to clock in and out; your logged time shows on your profile • Office alerts — messages from the office arrive as notifications and stay on screen until acknowledged REQUIREMENTS This app is for staff of property management businesses using OchoHub. It requires a staff account provided by your organisation's OchoHub administrator and is not usable without one.
