Trio: School & Institute

Trio is the app for the schools, institutes and education centres in Lebanon that run on Trio. Parents, students, teachers and the office each see exactly what concerns them, in Arabic (right-to-left), English or French. Your school, institute or centre creates your account and gives you your sign-in: a code sent to your WhatsApp number, or a username or email with a password. There is no sign-up in the app. You see the tools your school, institute or centre uses. FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS • Today: your sessions, homework due, new marks, unread messages, this week's exams and any invoice due. • Schedule: your week and your day at a glance. • Homework: see what is due, hand it in with a photo or a file, and get the mark back. • Marks: every subject in every period, with averages; exams, report cards, weekly feedback and teachers' materials. • Attendance month by month, and absence excuses you send from the app. • Payments: what is coming up, your invoices, the family statement and how to pay your school, in dollars and in lira. • Class agenda, news, events that ask for your reply or consent, and conduct notes. • Appointments: book a private lesson or a meeting with a teacher. • Messages with the office, announcements and notifications. • Certificates with a QR code anyone can check. • Several children, schools, institutes or centres under one account. • Profiles on this phone: each family member keeps their own account, with no new code to switch. • At a centre: share your school planner as photos or text so your teachers can prepare your session; it is deleted automatically after a set time. • Profile photos: add yours or report one; your school moderates them. FOR TEACHERS AND STAFF • Home: what needs your attention, such as hand-ins to mark and exams with missing marks. • Take attendance with one tap per student or per group, even offline: it is sent once you are back online. • Schools and institutes: the supervisor's daily register, late arrivals at the gate and substitute teachers. • Mark hand-ins and exams; write the agenda, feedback, conduct notes and report-card comments; share materials. • Check in and out with one tap: Trio checks that you are at your branch. Optional reminders when you arrive and leave use location in the background; Trio does not track where you go. • Open doors, gates and lifts by holding your iPhone near their tag, once set up. • Your timetable, availability, tasks, leave requests and payslips. FOR OWNERS AND THE OFFICE Everything from the web dashboard is in the app: • An overview of the day, this month's money and what awaits your decision. • Students, parents, staff, groups and classes, with import from Excel. • Logins for families and staff, sent by WhatsApp or shared as login cards to print. • Sessions, the timetable builder, and the staff register with check-ins to approve. • Fee plans, installments, invoices, payments with receipts and family statements; automatic monthly billing; finance, expenses and payroll with flexible pay rules. • Centres: monthly or yearly contracts, private lessons charged per lesson, per hour or as a package, and WhatsApp reminders that Trio writes and you send, one family at a time. • Absence excuses, mark periods, admissions, news, events, certificates, tasks and HR records. • Profile photo moderation, and search across your records. • Settings, branches, team and invitations, doors, your website with preview, insights, the audit log and your Trio billing, read-only. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Each person sees only what their role allows: a parent sees their own children, a teacher their own groups. • Two-step verification with an authenticator app and recovery codes. • Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. • Delete your account from the app, or request its deletion there when your school issued your login. • No ads and no tracking.
