PROTECTED-AREA BOUNDARIES (PAD-US) • View PAD-US protected-area boundaries and management categories where the layer is available. • Management categories do not indicate public access or permission to forage. Check the current landowner and local rules. 3. FOREST AND WEATHER CONTEXT • Inspect available forest layers, canopy characteristics, terrain, rainfall, and temperature context. • Habitat and seasonal indicators are statistical references only. 4. PINS, MEDIA, AND USER-CHOSEN BACKUP • Pins, notes, photos, recordings, and GPS tracks stay on your device by default. • When you choose cloud backup or private sharing, the selected track and attached media are uploaded to your account. 5. GPS TRACK RECORDING • Start, pause, and finish GPS track recording from the app. • Review distance, time, elevation information, and export or import GPX files. 6. FIELD PREFERENCES • Choose Imperial or Metric units and use English or Chinese interface options.
