NotYet — Pause & Decide

# Pause — Think Before You Enter You know that moment. You open an app without even thinking about it. Pause adds a few seconds between the impulse and the action. When you try to access an app you've chosen to block, Pause gives you a short moment to stop, reflect, and decide whether you really want to continue. ## A Different Kind of App Blocker Pause isn't designed to completely control what you can access. Instead, it creates a small moment of friction. A countdown begins. And as the seconds pass, the message changes. **10 seconds** "Wait a second." **7 seconds** "Do you really need to open this?" **5 seconds** "What were you hoping to find here?" **3 seconds** "Will this help with what you planned today?" **1 second** "Your choice." Then you can decide whether to continue. ## Make Your Pause Personal Choose the style that fits you. • Calm • Motivational • Funny • Direct With Pause Pro, create your own messages and build a countdown that speaks directly to you. For example: "Why did I block Instagram?" ↓ "I wanted to finish my work." ↓ "Is this really important?" ↓ "Think before entering." ↓ "Your choice." ## Choose What You Want to Pause Select the apps and categories you want to put behind a pause. Use Apple's Screen Time technologies to configure the apps you want Pause to manage. You stay in control of your choices. ## Create Your Schedule Choose when Pause should step in. Set schedules around: • Work • Study • Sleep • Exercise • Personal focus time Create the boundaries that make sense for your day. ## Track Your Progress See how often Pause gives you a moment to reconsider. View statistics such as: • Pause sessions • Times you entered anyway • Successful pauses • Time delayed Use the information to better understand your digital habits. ## Pause Pro Unlock the full Pause experience with: • Unlimited blocked apps • Multiple schedules • Custom countdown durations • All message packs • Custom warning messages • Custom message sequences • Advanced statistics • More personalization options Choose a monthly or annual subscription, or purchase lifetime access when available. ## Designed for Focus Pause is intentionally simple. Take a moment before you give it away. ### Privacy Pause is designed with privacy in mind. Your app selections, schedules, custom messages, and personal statistics are handled locally where possible.
