Soul Buddy

Meet the little companions behind your coding day. Soul Buddy connects your iPhone or iPad to the Soul Buddy app on your Mac and brings supported AI coding-agent activity to life. Each active session gets its own animated character, so you can glance at your companions while you work. A WORLD BESIDE YOU Watch independent companions react as agents think, work, wait, and finish. The bundled Lil Guy Clock theme combines expressive characters with a quiet clock. SWITCH YOUR VIEW Swipe between a shared companion world and a full-screen face. Tap empty space to briefly brighten the clock. Your last display mode is remembered. RETURN TO YOUR WORK Tap a companion to bring its associated app forward on your paired Mac. MAKE IT YOURS Choose or import compatible themes in the Mac app and send them to your paired phone. LOCAL BY DESIGN No Soul Buddy account, ads, or tracking. Your code, prompts, and agent responses are not sent to the phone. Pairing and companion activity stay between your devices. REQUIRES THE MAC APP Install the free Soul Buddy Mac app from github.com/norvancc/soul-buddy/releases. A Mac running macOS 14 or later and a supported coding-agent integration are required for live agent activity. Keep both devices on the same trusted private network and allow Local Network access. Local device connections are not encrypted in this version. Soul Buddy is a companion display, not a chatbot or an AI model service.
