About
Not Another Job Platform. A CV asks employers to take your word for it. InTransparency starts from your actual work — the projects, the code, the things you built during your studies — and turns them into evidence an employer can check. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Build a portfolio from real work Add a project in under a minute. Photograph real work with your camera, or bring in what you have already written. The analysis reads the skills out of the work itself, so your profile reflects what you did rather than what you remembered to list. • Get a shareable CV link One link, your portfolio behind it. Send it anywhere — it works outside the app too. • See who is actually interested When a recruiter opens or shortlists your profile, you find out. No more applying into silence. • Find roles matched to your evidence Openings are matched against the skills in your work, and every match shows the criteria it is built from. • Ask the AI Companion Practical questions about your next step — which skills to build, how to present a project, what a role actually wants — answered using what is already on your profile. • Talk to employers directly Messages in one place, with the organisations that reached out to you. WHY EVIDENCE MATTERS Hiring for early-career roles runs on claims that nobody has time to check. That is hard on employers, who have to guess, and harder on students without a network to vouch for them. Evidence an employer can check changes who gets a fair look. InTransparency works with universities, ITS and technical schools, so the work you do during your studies can carry into the job you get after them. Your profile is private until you decide otherwise — you choose what is public and what stays yours.Read more

WHY EVIDENCE MATTERS
Hiring for early-career roles runs on claims that nobody has time to check. That is hard on employers, who have to guess, and harder on students without a network to vouch for them. Evidence an employer can check changes who gets a fair look.
InTransparency works with universities, ITS and technical schools, so the work you do during your studies can carry into the job you get after them.
Your profile is private until you decide otherwise — you choose what is public and what stays yours.

Clearer applications. Before we send you to an employer's own site, a short guide shows what to have ready: upload your CV first, and many forms fill in the rest by themselves. "Easy apply" and "Apply on site" are now told apart, with a filter for each. Jobs near your school, by region. Employer sites open faster, and several fixes.
