DUNCAN LINK

DUNCAN LINK brings fleet information and onboard camera views together on iPhone and iPad for company users. YOUR FLEET AT A GLANCE Search vessels by name or IMO number, check reported connectivity and open vessel details. Explore reported positions on standard or satellite maps, with voyage tracks and weather information when the connected system provides them. FIND THE CAMERA YOU NEED Browse cameras by vessel, name or area, and save favorites for quick access. Choose Data saver or HD when the camera source supports it. Video starts when you open a camera and stops when you leave the player or put the app in the background. SEE MORE THAN ONE VIEW Watch up to four cameras from the same vessel together in Data saver mode. Where snapshot support is available, capture a frame and save or share it using your device's share sheet. MAKE IT YOURS Switch between English and Vietnamese. Choose Light, Dark or the system appearance. An existing company account with access to the DUNCAN LINK service is required. Vessels, cameras and available information come from the connected company system. Camera streams are video-only. Image quality, connection availability and update frequency depend on the camera source, server and vessel connection. Reported positions and weather show the information supplied by the system. These are live feeds from vessels in operation. A weak or limited vessel internet connection can delay video startup or cause buffering or interruptions, even when your device has a good internet connection. If playback is slow, try Data saver, view one camera at a time, and use Reconnect if the stream stops. If the issue continues, open Support in Settings.
