Set up to three routines with your own times and days, or begin a reflection with 20 minutes of quiet. You can end quiet time whenever you need. KEEP WHAT MATTERS Write a few words about a gift from today, a concern you want to entrust, or one small action for tomorrow. Every note field is optional. Choose to revisit a thought the next evening, take a small step, or let it go. YOUR WORDS, ON YOUR DEVICE No Evenlight account is needed. There are no ads or analytics SDKs, and your journal is not sent to an AI service. Read, export, or delete your saved notes without buying Plus. Device backups and copies you choose to share follow your own settings and the destination service's practices.
