NestFare gives an independent vacation rental host their own booking platform — their own site, their own calendar, their own payouts. This app is how you run it when you are not at a desk. FOR HOSTS • Approve or reject booking requests from an inbox that puts what needs you first • Approving captures the guest's deposit and closes those dates on your calendar in one step • Rejecting asks for a reason, and releases the guest's authorization immediately • See one calendar for everything: your bookings, dates you have blocked, and dates imported from Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, each in its own colour • Answer guests in the thread they started, so door codes and arrival details stay in one place • Issue a full or partial refund, with your per-booking fee returned to you proportionally • Read the ratings guests leave on your property • Run several properties, or several separate businesses, and switch between them from your avatar THE MONEY IS YOURS Guests pay into your own Stripe account. NestFare never holds your money, and charges the host rather than the guest — a flat fee per booking, or a subscription that replaces it. Guests pay no platform fee at all, which is the point of booking direct. FOR GUESTS Anyone who books with a NestFare host uses this same app. Search stays by place and dates as a list or on a map, see the real nightly rate on every date, request a booking and have the host approve it, keep every trip and its status in one place, message your host, save places you are still deciding on, and rate the stay afterwards. ONE ACCOUNT, BOTH SIDES Host a place and book one with the same login. Switch side from your avatar and your bookings, messages and calendar follow — the two never mix. SIGNING IN Email and password, or Google, Microsoft or Apple. Turn on Face ID or fingerprint unlock per device; it stays on that device and is never sent to us.
