Prepare for Forsvarets Dag – practise the cognitive test, train the beep test and running test against the real requirements, and find the conscription or training you want. The app is in Danish and covers the whole journey: the online test at home, the day at the recruitment centre and the physical requirements for every role. COGNITIVE TEST PRACTICE The test has four parts and a short memory test. The app covers them all with original questions and explanations: • Danish: synonyms, word relations and opposites • Maths: number series and word problems without a calculator • Logical reasoning: letter and figure matrices and syllogisms • Figure assembly: find the pieces that form the shape exactly • Memory: remember words, numbers and patterns under time pressure • A 60-minute practice test with timed parts and a score from 0 to 78, with the pass mark shown • Review your mistakes PHYSICAL TEST Train for the Danish Armed Forces physical test, levels 1–5: 12-minute run with GPS, beep test with audio, split squats, dips, pull-ups and burpees with the requirement for each level, and a training plan towards your start date.
