Spin The Plates

Some parts of life only fall apart slowly. Spin The Plates is a calm way to keep the ones that matter — your marriage, your health, your faith, your friendships, your work — quietly turning. It is not another to-do list. You create a plate for each life area and give it a rhythm: every day, every few days, or a few times a week. Each morning, Today shows only the plates that are starting to wobble. Give one a spin — one real moment of attention — and it steadies again. A PLATE FOR EACH PART OF LIFE Group plates across faith, family, health, work, friendship and personal growth. Every plate shows how steady it is right now, so a whole life fits on one screen. RHYTHMS THAT MATCH REAL LIFE Some things need daily attention. Some need a proper session twice a week. Set a rhythm per plate and the app tracks it the way you actually live it — sessions for weekly rhythms, elapsed days for daily ones. COMMITMENTS, NOT VAGUE INTENTIONS Attach a specific promise to a plate — "call Mum on Sunday", "no laptop after dinner" — and keep it in view. A MORNING THAT TAKES TWO MINUTES Today is deliberately short: the plates that need you, and nothing else. Optional reminders arrive at a time you choose. WEEKLY REFLECTION At the end of the week, see a balance wheel of where your attention actually went, and write a short note to yourself. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything lives on your device. Export a full backup whenever you like, restore it on a new phone, and delete everything in one tap.
